Your area of responsibility

  • Search and attract IT specialists for a specific vacancy;
  • Present the company to candidates;
  • Review CVs and pre-screens qualified candidates;
  • Research new ways of using Internet for recruitment;
  • Manage and maintain our ATS while sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders;
  • Manage external postings to generate viable IT professionals who meet job qualifications and cultural standards;
  • Nurture relationships and keep potential candidates warm and up-to-speed for future opportunities, both externally and internally;
  • Adapt CVs for customers.

Skills and requirements

  • At least 2 years in a similar position;
  • Understanding the specifics of the IT-specialists searching;
  • Knowledge of IT market in Kharkiv and Ukraine;
  • Skills and desire to search and recruit for tech and admin vacancies;
  • Excellent sourcing and engagement skills;
  • Experience with technical recruitment and developing long-term talent pipelines;
  • The ability to communicate with different people;
  • Positive mindset;
  • The desire to cultivate and achieve new results;
  • At least Intermediate English level.
