About project

It is a permissionless wireless network, focused on providing connectivity to IoT devices. The IoT network is crowd-sourced to a community of smartphone users, who are incentivized through crypto tokens. A network managed by any citizen who has a smartphone and who can earn money/mine cryptocurrency using the application. The goal is to enable all kinds of apps to earn revenues without ads, and without having to collect user data.

Your area of responsibility

  • Working closely with the Mobile team to plan, develop, maintain, secure, and manage infrastructure;
  • Taking ownership of feature development and ongoing maintenance;
  • Make sure the application works smoothly and fast.

Skills and requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in backend;
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/typescript and Rust;
  • Experience with GCP;
  • Autonomous personality;
  • Experience working with remote teams;
  • Github account with a proven track record of software development.

Will be a plus

  • Knowledge of Bluetooth or blockChain/cryptocurrency.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Similar
