Your area of responsibility

  • Handle entire sales cycle from lead generation up to close-deal;
  • Attract new clients and establish strategic partnership for long term cooperation;
  • Explore regular sales activities and meetups;
  • Make market research to identify prospective directions in sales activity of the company;
  • Participate in sales business trips;
  • Establish ongoing productive relationships with internal and external sales representatives;
  • Handle CRM system maintaining the relevance of sales-activity data.

Skills and requirements

  • At least 1 years of experience as Sales Manager;
  • Understanding of sales specificity in IT sphere
  • Hands-on experience in different business models (Dedicated Team, Time and Material, Fixed Price);
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Great strategic sales skills and business acumen;
  • Professional self-sufficiency and ability to take decisions autonomously;
  • Initiative towards constant improvement of sales processes;
  • Excellent English level (both verbal and written).

Will be a plus

  • Strong verbal and written German language;
  • Experience in effective team management;
  • Experience in dealing with Marketing Department.
