From year to year, Web Summit deservedly gets the title of the most ambitious event of IT development and transformation in the world and we simply could not pass by such an event. 

This is the third time we are attending Web Summit in Lisbon, and the number of Ukrainian startups and representatives is increasing every year. 

We wanted to visit Web Summit not only because it is a technology event or a chance to meet old friends. This year summit has brought together over 70 thousand people from 161 countries, and Ukrainians accounted for about 5% of the total number of participants! In addition, the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska opened the summit and a special word was given to the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov. 

Ukrainian IT industry is strengthening year by year on the international market and today we can say with certainty that a Ukrainian developer is a brand. Despite the war, the IT sector has not only managed to adapt and organize itself at the same level, but it also shows growth and offers more and more qualified developers on the world market.
